The restaurant is located at piazza Magione, within the Kalsa neighbourhood, in Palermo. A sincere cuisine, dedicated to Sicilian homely tradition.

WHO WE ARE
Our cuisine is inspired by our homes. To eat well you need the best ingredients, which is why we are dedicated to constantly retrieve products all around Sicily that meet very specific criteria: we select small companies that follow the principles of organic and biodynamic production, who put excellence in quality above easier earning; respect and care for livestock. Our selection of ingredients is exclusively sourced in Sicily, with the exception of a few strongholds of Italian cooking, such as Parmigiano Reggiano.
All of our ingredients come from entirely organic, free trade supply chains, sourced almost exclusively in Sicily. These are a few of our suppliers.
We decided to have two different kinds of extra virgin olive oil available, in both cases made out of 100% Sicilian olives. NaturalmenteBio is a company located on the Nebrodi mountains, that defines in their Amarus oil its primary vocation; it's an excellent organic extravirgin, made with olives of the Santagatese variety. Sanfilippo, based in the small town of Trabia, utilizes Calamignara olives, one of the finest Sicilian cultivars, that from hundreds of years provides an irresistible, characteristic olive oil.
